LAW: Demoted and Introductory Tenancies
This course provides a comprehensive understanding of demoted, introductory and starter tenancies. The day includes guidance on good practice; when a tenant can be given an introductory or an assured shorthold as a starter tenancy; how secure and assured tenancies can be demoted and the notices and court procedures required to seek a demotion order or a possession order.
